Abstract (ukr):
Представлено результати розрахунків параметрів робочого процесу дизельного двигуна при
переводі його на роботу на біодизельному паливі з урахуванням зміни діаметра соплового отвору
форсунки. Проведено порівняльні розрахунки впорскування і розпилювання дизельного і
біодизельного палива, проведено розрахунки характеристик процесу згорання в дизельному
двигуні на номінальному режимі при роботі на дизельному і біодизельному паливі. Визначено
оптимальне значення діаметра соплового отвору форсунки, при якому досягається максимальне
поліпшення показників робочого процесу дизельного двигуна при переводі його на роботу на
біодизельному паливі.
Abstract (eng):
In this work are presented results of calculations of the parameters of the working process in a diesel engine running on biodiesel fuel while taking into account the changes of injector nozzle diameter. Were conducted comparative calculations of the injection and pulverization of diesel fuel and biodiesel fuel,were calculated characteristics of the combustion process in the diesel engine at rated speed when operating on diesel and biodiesel fuel. The optimal value of the diameter of the injector nozzle hole at which is obtained the maximum improvement of the workflow of the diesel engine running on biodiesel was determined.
