Abstract (ukr):
Наведено результати дослідження впливу на фактори точності поверхонь деталей технологічних процесів абразивного шліфування з застосуванням методів активного контролю деталей тертя з нових композиційних матеріалів, створених на базі шліфувальних відходів інструментальних сталей 86Х6Н8Т, 11Р3АМ3Ф, 4ХМНФС та 7ХГ2ВМФ для важких умов роботи друкарської техніки.
Встановлено закономірності впливу технологічних параметрів на механізм формування точності. Визначено основні аналітичні залежності факторів точності для різних схем абразивного шліфування нових композитів. Розроблено рекомендації для промисловості, що забезпечують якість поверхонь деталей тертя для друкарської техніки.

The article reveals the results of the influence on the exactness factors of the details surfaces of technological processes of the abrasive grinding with the application of active control detail methods on detail of the friction from new composite materials on the base of the grinding wastes of the instrument steels 86Х6Н8Т, 11Р3АМ3Ф, 4ХМНФС and 7ХГ2ВМФ for heavy operating conditions of printing machines. The regularities of the influence of technological parameters on the accuracy formation mechanism are established. The general analytic dependence of the factors of the accuracy for different schemes of the abrasive grinding of new composites are determined. Recommendations for industrial purpose, which meet quality demand of the surface of friction details for printing machines are developed.
