dc.description.abstract	Наведено результати досліджень проблеми екологічності перехресть автомобільних доріг за викидами транспортних засобів в місті Житомир. Було використано статистичні методи визначення інтенсивності транспортних потоків за викидами транспорту по записах камер відеоспостереження. Для оцінки екологічності обрано перехрестя з найбільшою інтенсивністю транспортних потоків, на яких була ймовірність накопичення забруднень викидами транспорту, що перевищують допустимі норми. Розрахунок забрудненості виконаний для перехрестя вул. Небесної Сотні – вул. М.Грушевського. Результати розрахунку порівняно з гранично допустимими концентраціями та зроблено висновки, що вказують на гостроту проблеми та нагальність її вирішення. Система екологічної безпеки в місті Житомир вимагає значних удосконалень в зв’язку з перевищеннями фактичних значень забрудненості над нормативними параметрами. Рекомендації з покращення екологічного стану перехресть можуть бути розроблені через оптимізацію транспортних потоків із застосуванням інтелектуальних транспортних систем.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstracten	This paper presents results of the studies of environmental conditions on road intersections based on car engine emissions in Zhitomir. Statistical methods were used to determine the intensity of traffic flows based on transport emissions according to video monitoring records. Intersections with the highest intensity of traffic flows, where there is a high risk of car emissions accumulation above the applicable standard, were chosen for the assessment of ecological sustainability. Calculation of pollution was done for the intersection of Nebesnoi Sotni street and M. Grushevskogo street. The results of calculation were compared with the limit of affordable concentration and conclusions that emphasize difficulty of the problem and the emergence of its solving. The system of ecological safety in Zhitomir requires significant improvements taking into account the exceeding of factual values of pollution over normative values. Recommendations concerning of ecological sustainability of intersections can be developed through the optimization of traffic flows with the use of intellectual traffic systems.	uk_UA
