dc.description.abstract	Розглянуто особливості функції технологічних процесів щодо управління роботою транспорту загального призначення в умовах інтелектуальних транспортних систем. Встановлено ознаки об’єднання груп сервісів домену щодо організації процесів пасажирських перевезень громадським транспортом та напрямки формування й створення умов ефекту в цих процесах. Ефективне використання транспорту загального призначення міста в умовах ІТС неможливо без врахування і впровадження синергетичного явища. Головними соціальними факторами наявності синергії в організації міських пасажирських перевезень слугує стан розвитку загальнокорпоративного духу підприємств-перевізників, морально-психологічний клімат в середовищі персоналу організацій, характер конфліктів, що виникають та комунікаційних процесів, ступінь згуртованості робочих груп всередині і за ієрархією, репутація підприємства, в першу чергу, серед його персоналу.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstracten	The key features of the technological processes function regarding the control of the public transport using the intelligent transport systems were analyzed. The attributes of the groups uniting within a domain on the ground of the organization of the passenger transport service on public transport, the ways of the formation and creating the effect conditions in these processes were established. Effective usage of urban public transport using ITS is impossible without the implementation of a synergy. The main social factors of the synergy being present in the organization of urban passenger transport is the spirit of enterprise development inside transportation companies, socio-psychological climate among the staff of these organizations, the nature of conflicts that arise and communication processes, the degree of solidarity of the working groups inside and in the hierarchy, the reputation of the company, before all else, among its staff.	uk_UA
