Abstract (ukr):
Розміщення інформації цільового спрямування потребує попереднього оцінювання
інформаційного джерела, яке буде більш ефективним при розповсюдженні в ньому контенту. При
оцінюванні ефективності інтернет-сайтів не враховується значна кількість факторів, які
впливають на загальний рейтинг інформаційного джерела в цілому. У статті запропоновано
математичну модель оцінювання ефективності інтернет-сайтів. Для розробки моделі
використано технологію багатокритерійного оцінювання з використанням вкладених згорток за
нелінійною схемою компромісів. Основне зусилля при розробці математичної моделі було націлено
на формування показників та критеріїв інтернет-сайтів у глобальній мережі Інтернет.
Розроблена математична модель дає можливість особі, яка приймає рішення, адекватно оцінити
відповідне інформаційне джерело. Результати розрахунків доводять дієвість запропонованого
підходу для визначення ефективності інтернет-сайтів цільового спрямування.
Abstract (eng):
Placing of targeted information require previous evaluation of information sources that will be more effective in the content distribution. A significant number of factors that affect the overall ranking of information sources generally is not considered in evaluation of effectiveness of websites. Mathematical model of multi-criterion evaluation of effectiveness of websites is proposed in the article. The technology of multi-criterion evaluation with usage of nested convolution by nonlinear circuit compromise was used for development of model. Multi-criterion model adequacy is relatively better than others. The main effort in the development of a mathematical model was aimed at forming websites parameters and criteria in the global network. To achieve this goal its own unique list of factors, indicators and performance criteria followed by the definition of the decision-making model were formed. Developed mathematical model enables the operator adequately assess the information source. Calculation data prove the effectiveness of the proposed approach to determine the effectiveness of targeted websites. This model can be used to unitary and comparative assessment of websites targeted areas.
