dc.description.abstract	Гнучкість у сучасному виробництві є одним з найважливіших критеріїв ефективності на сьогоднішній день, тому необхідно оперативно здійснювати підбір оптимальних компонувань верстатних пристроїв (ВП) для заданих виробничих умов. Розглянуто та проаналізовано види гнучкості, виявлено зв’язок між ними та елементами технологічної системи «верстат–верстатний пристрій–різальний інструмент–заготовка». Гнучкі ВП все частіше використовують на машинобудівних підприємствах малого та середнього бізнесу, тому проведення порівняння різних систем ВП за ступенем гнучкості є актуальним завданням дослідження. За допомогою цільової функції для визначення ступеня гнучкості проведені його розрахунки для різних систем ВП. Результати показали суттєву перевагу ВП на основі системи універсально-збірних переналагоджуваних пристроїв над спеціальними ВП та групою ВП, складених із елементів універсально-збірних пристроїв. За результатами проведених досліджень гнучкі ВП не поступаються за жорсткістю та точністю обробки спеціальним ВП. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у визначенні умов оптимального використання ВП конкретних систем при заданих виробничих параметрах та може бути впроваджено на машинобудівних підприємствах.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstracten	Flexibility in modern manufacturing is one of the most important performance criteria for today, so you need to carry out the choice of the optimal fixture configurations for the given production conditions quickly. The types of flexibility were described and analyzed, the interaction between the types of flexibility and the elements of manufacturing system “machine tool – fixture – cutting tool – workpiece” was revealed. Flexible fixtures are increasingly used at manufacturing enterprises of small- and middle-scale business, and then the comparison of different fixture systems by their level of flexibility is an urgent task of the study. With the objective function to determine the extent of flexibility, the calculations for different fixture systems were made. The results showed a significant advantage of modular adjustable fixtures than dedicated fixtures and modular fixtures. Based on the results of the research flexible fixtures not inferior in rigidity and machining accuracy to dedicated fixtures. The practical significance of the results is to determine the optimal use of fixtures for specific systems under given production parameters and can be implemented at manufacturing enterprises.	uk_UA
