Abstract (ukr):
Запропоновано методику визначення стратегій розвитку підприємств автомобільного
транспорту. Детально розглянуте саме поняття «стратегії розвитку» та процеси
стратегічного управління. Обґрунтовано застосування імітаційного моделювання на реальному
автотранспортному підприємстві. Визначено оптимальні стратегії розвитку для
досліджуваного підприємства та за допомогою методу експертних оцінок встановлено
раціональні варіанти розвитку. Проведено моделювання та визначено варіант розвитку, який
принесе максимальний прибуток при його реалізації.

Methodology of determination of strategies of development of enterprises of motor transport offers in-process. A self concept "strategies of development" and processes of strategic management are considered in detail. Application of imitation design is reasonable on the real motor transport enterprise. Optimal strategies of development are certain for the investigated enterprise and by means of method of expert estimations the rational variants of development are set. A design is conducted and the variant of development, that will bring in a maximal return during his realization, is certain.
