dc.description.abstract	Проаналізовано вимоги до якості продукції ливарного виробництва машинобудівного підприємства. Показано, що основні показники якості та надійності відповідальних деталей двигунів внутрішнього згорання (а саме – гільз циліндрів) значною мірою формуються в процесі отримання заготовки. Обґрунтовано необхідність управління якістю даної продукції на всіх етапах її життєвого циклу та доведено, що достовірна й своєчасна оцінка як технологічних процесів ливарного виробництва, так і його продукції дозволяє підвищити конкурентоспроможність продукції машинобудівного підприємства. Розроблена багаторівнева класифікація показників якості виливків гільз циліндрів двигунів внутрішнього згоряння, охарактеризовані групи комплексних показників і розглянута можливість їх застосування для подальшої оцінки якості продукції ливарного виробництва. Запропоновано метод оцінки якості продукції ливарного виробництва машинобудівного підприємства на основі застосування функції бажаності та обґрунтовано доцільність його застосування на різних етапах життєвого циклу продукції.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstracten	The article analyses the requirements to production quality of foundry manufacture of machine-building enterprise. It is revealed that the basic indexes of quality and reliability of responsible details of internal combustion engines (namely, cylinder liners) are formed in the process of receipt of workpiece. The necessity of quality management of this production at all stages of its life cycle is substantiated. It is proved that reliable and timely estimation of both technological processes of foundry manufacture and its production allows to promote the competitiveness of production of machine-building enterprise. Multi-level classification of quality indicators of cylinder liners castings of internal combustion engines is developed. The groups of complex indicators are described and the possibility of their application for further quality estimation of production of foundry manufacture is considered. The method of estimation of product quality of foundry production of machine-building enterprise on the bases of the desirability function is proposed and the expediency of its use in various stages of the product life cycle is substantiated.	uk_UA
