Abstract (ukr):
Розглянуто особливості використання теорії діаграм стійкості для аналізу вібрацій при
різання радіусними кінцевими фрезами просторово складних поверхонь. А саме, аналізується
вплив кута нахилу поверхні на стабільність різання з урахуванням впливу автоколивань системи
«інструмент–деталь». Викладено аналітичні рівняння для визначення кутів врізання та виходу
зуба фрези залежно від кривизни поверхні, що обробляється, та припуску на обробку.

In this paper reviewed characteristics of stability lobes theory using for chatter analysis in cutting with ball end mills of complex 3D shapes. In particular, the influence of the angle of the cutting surface on the stability of self-oscillations with the influence of the "tool–item". The analytical equation for determining infeed and exit angles of a tooth milling depending on the curvature of the surface being treated and an allowance for processing.
