| dc.description.abstract | Дається критична оцінка вибраному в Україні курсу на приватизацію землі, “узаконення” якої виявилося серйозною помилкою організаторів земельної реформи з нанесенням величезної шкоди державі через привласнення земельної ренти, яка є продуктом суспільної праці, і повинна піти на розвиток соціальної інфраструктури місцевих громад та на інші суспільні потреби, а не накопичення приватного капіталу.
