Abstract (ukr):
Спосіб підвищення міцнісних властивостей виробів з природного каменю за допомогою сталевих осердь включає армування виробів з природного каменю. Виконують виріб необхідних розмірів та форми. Виконують розмітку по центру виробу відносно його довжини та ширини. Виконують пропил на половину товщини заготовки. Очищують пропил від залишків пилу та знежирюють його розчинами. Підготовлюють фіксуючу суміш з двокомпонентної епоксидної смоли та заповнюють нею пропил. Розташовують сталеве осердя у пропилі, заповненому фіксуючою сумішшю. Очищують поверхню виробу від надлишків фіксуючої суміші. Зберігають зразки до моменту повної кристалізації фіксуючого матеріалу. Обробляють поверхню полірувальним кругом для надання площинності тильній стороні оброблюваного зразка.

Method for improving strength properties of natural stone products using steel core involves reinforcing natural stone products. A product of the required size and shape is obtained. Markings are made in the center of the product relative to its length and width. A cut is made to half the thickness of the workpiece. The cut is cleaned from dust residues and degreased with solutions. a fixing mixture is prepared from a two-component epoxy resin and the cut is filled with it. The steel core is placed in the cut filled with the fixing mixture. The surface of the product is cleaned from excess fixing mixture. The samples are stored until the fixing material has completely crystallized. The surface is treated with a polishing wheel to give the back side of the treated sample a flat surface.
