dc.description.abstractЗазначена проблема є щоденною, з загостреннями в часи пікових зростань інтенсивності транспортних потоків. Як показує дослідження літературних джерел це проблема середніх і великих міст всього цивілізованого світу. Її вирішенням займалось багато науковців країн-лідерів економічного розвитку. Це має продовження і на Україні: НУ «Львівська політехніка», Кіровоградський НТУ та інші. Вивчення набутого досвіду є корисним для ефективного розв’язання аналогічних або подібних проблем в нашому місті. Так науковці КНТУ вирішили подібну задачу оцінки екологічності за шумовим навантаженням від автотранспорту розробкою власної моделі його оцінки в м. Кіровограді. Однак, розробка Національного стандарту України ДСТУ-НБВ.1.1-33:2013 зобов’язує використання його для вирішення подібних задач. Нами було поставлене завдання оцінки екологічності транспортних перехресть доріг м. Житомира, з використанням методики ДСТУ. В процесі роботи було виявлено не повну придатність методики стандарту для умов руху транспортних потоків на перехрестях магістралей. Нами було запропоновано введення додаткових поправок для забезпечення можливості перенесення методики для прогону на перехрестя, де одночасно є прогон з рухомим потоком автотранспорту і працюючі двигуни зупинених автомобілів на перехресному напрямі руху. Запропоновані уточнення були перевірені для типового перехрестя автотранспортних потоків міста експериментальним методом вимірювання розрахункового параметру еквівалентного рівня звуку спеціалізованими засобами за стандартною методикою. Результати досліджень на основі уточненої стандартної методики показали перевищення санітарних норм для житлових районів міста з певним наближенням у 1,4 рази.uk_UA

dc.description.abstractenEstimation of the ecology of transport cross-roads from noise loading from motor transport in Zhytomyr. This problem is urgent, with aggravations in times of peak traffic growth intensity. As the studies of literary sources show, this is a problem of towns and cities of the entire civilized world. Many scientists from the leading economically developed countries took part in the solution of the problem. It continues to be studied in Ukraine by «Lviv Polytechnic» NU, Kirovograd NTU and others. Studying the experience is useful for effectively solving similar or similar problems in our town. So the scientists of the KSTU have solved a similar task of assessing the environmental quality of the noise load from motor vehicles by developing their own model of its assessment in Kirovograd. However, the development of the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU-NBS 1.-1-33: 2013 obliges it to be used for solving similar problems. In the course of work, the incompleteness of the standard methodology for traffic flow conditions at the cross-roads was revealed. We were asked to introduce additional amendments to enable the transfer of the method for riding at the cross-road, where there is simultaneously a ride with a rolling traffic flow and working engines of stopped cars in the cross-directional movement. The proposed refinements were checked for a typical cross-road of motor transport streams of the town by an experimental method of measuring the calculated parameter of the equivalent sound level by specialized means according to the standard method. The results of research on the basis of the refined standard method showed an excess of sanitary norms for residential areas of the town with a certain approximation of 1.4 times.uk_UA
