Збірна деформуюча протяжка містить стержень, на якому послідовно розміщені групи із двох деформуючих елементів. Діаметр першого елемента першої групи перевищує діаметр вихідного отвору заготовки на величину а1, діаметр другого елемента першої групи перевищує діаметр першого елемента групи на величину а2. Діаметр першого деформуючого елемента другої групи перевищує діаметр другого елемента першої групи на величину а3, діаметр другого елемента другої групи перевищує діаметр першого елемента другої групи на величину а4.
Abstract (eng):
Composite deforming broach contains a rod on which groups of two deforming elements are sequentially placed. The diameter of the first element of the first group exceeds the diameter of the workpiece's initial hole by a value of a1, and the diameter of the second element of the first group exceeds the diameter of the first element of the group by a value of a2. The diameter of the first deforming element of the second group exceeds the diameter of the second element of the first group by a value of a3, and the diameter of the second element of the second group exceeds the diameter of the first element of the second group by a value of a4.
