Спосіб вимірювання температури металу в зоні його різання належить до машинобудування і може бути використаний в технологіях якісної обробки металів різанням. Спосіб включає виконання отвору в різальній кромці різця, при цьому отвір виконують безпосередньо на вершині різальної кромки різця, розміщують в ньому опромінений кристал та виконують процес різання металу при заданому режимі. Після цього опромінений кристал демонтують і за допомогою дифрактометра знімають параметри кристалічної решітки опроміненого кристала. Для них за існуючою температурною таблицею знаходять відповідне значення температури, яке і буде шуканим значенням температури металу в зоні його різання. Технічним результатом є підвищення точності вимірювань.

The method of temperature measurement of metal in the area of its cutting relates to machine building and can be used in quality metal cutting technologies. The method includes carrying out openings in the cutting point where the opening directly in the cutting point corner is carried out, the activated crystal is placed in it and the metal-removal process under given mode is carried out. Then the activated crystal is removed and by the diffractometer crystal latitude values of the activated metal is taken. According to the existing temperature table It is found corresponding a temperature value for them which is the desired temperature value of metal in its cutting area. The technical result is improvement of measurement accuracy.
