Abstract

Competition is one of the main economic law categories of social development. It is one of the most pressing topics of fundamental economic research of today. Competition is a key element in the functioning of the whole mechanism of market economy. The dairy industry is one of the leading branches of national economy. Nowadays the changes in economic system, joining the World Trade Organization, the global financial crisis make the issues of competitive dairy industry and efficient economic activity more urgent.
