Abstract (ukr):
Із позицій системного підходу досліджено теоретико-методологічні та прикладні аспекти вуплив розмірів землекористувань на рівень виробництва у сільському господарстві через призму організаційних, економічних та соціальних чинників. Опрацьовано організаційний, управлінський та ресурсний інструментарій, як елементи побудови ефективної моделі подальшого розвитку агропромислового виробництва на інноваційній основі.
Проаналізовано виробництво основних видів продукції залежно від розмірів підприємств. За допомогою кореляційного аналізу визначено вплив площі на економічну ефективність господарської діяльності. Висвітлено пропозиції щодо критеріїв формування розмірів підприємств у сільському господарстві.

From the standpoint of a systematic approach, theoretical and methodological and applied aspects of the impact of land use on the level of production in agriculture through the prism of organizational, economic and social factors. Organizational, managerial and resource tools have been developed as elements of building an effective model for further development of agro-industrial production on an innovative basis.
The production of the main types of products depending on the size of enterprises is analyzed. The correlation analysis determined the impact of the area on the economic efficiency of economic activity. The proposals on the criteria for the formation of the size of enterprises in agriculture are highlighted.
