Abstract (ukr):
Кульковий підшипник кочення має два кільця з доріжками кочення та кульки між ними, а на кільцях, хоча б на одному, з боку, протилежного доріжці кочення, виконана кільцева канавка монотонного профілю з шириною, більшою ширини доріжки кочення, яка сформувала поперечний переріз кільця як двоопорну балку. Найбільша товщина стінки кільця між поверхнею кільцевої канавки і доріжкою кочення виконана у напрямку нормалей, які проходять через точки її дотику з кульками, а профілем канавки разом з профілем доріжки кочення утворено поперечний переріз кільця, відповідний балці рівного опору згину.
Abstract (eng):
The ball roll bearing has two rings with roll tracks and the balls between those; and at the rings, at least at one, at the side opposite to the roll track, there is provided a circular groove with monotonous profile with width larger than the width of the roll track with formation of the cross-section of the ring as a two-support beam. The largest thickness of the wall of the ring between the surface of the circular groove and the roll track is made in direction of perpendiculars going through the points where it touches the balls, and the profile of the groove, together with the profile of the roll track, forms the cross section of the ring corresponding to the beam with the same bend resistance.
