The article is devoted to the paradigm of modern management and development of the theory of control processes as the joint organization of labor activity. Given historically to the time of occurrence capitalism algorithm development of management theory on value criteria governing factors that became the basis of modern concepts and paradigm of management, which discussed from the viewpoint of socio-economic system as an open system with dissipative structures.
