The features and prerequisites for the formation of the market circulation of agricultural lands are revealed. The results of market transformations of land relations are highlighted, key problems are identified and directions for their solution are outlined. The scientific and methodological support for the implementation of the regulatory monetary assessment of agricultural land is outlined. Conceptual principles of extended reproduction of soil fertility and directions of effective use of agricultural land are substantiated.
