dc.description.abstract	Із позицій системного підходу досліджено теоретико-методологічні та прикладні аспекти розвитку агрохолдингів у сільському господарстві через призму організаційних, економічних та соціальних чинників. Також проводиться детальний аналіз структури агрохолдингу, характеристик діяльності, форм організації виробничих процесів та економіко-фінансових взаємозв'язків. Автором доведено, що сучасні інтегровані утворення вийшли далеко за межі спільних організацій, а їхній вплив на розвиток національної економіки країни не є локальним, оскільки досить часто саме вони задають «правила гри» в аграрному виробництві.	uk_UA

dc.description.abstracten	The theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the development of agroholdings in agriculture through the prism of organizational, economic and social factors have been studied from the standpoint of a systemic approach. A detailed analysis of the structure of the agricultural holding, activity characteristics, forms of organization of production processes and economic and financial interrelationships is also carried out. The author proved that modern integrated entities have gone far beyond joint organizations, and their influence on the development of the country's national economy is not local, since quite often they set the "rules of the game" in agricultural production.	uk_UA
