| dc.description.abstract | Каменеобробний портальний фрезерно-окантувальний верстат застосовують для обробки складнопрофільних поверхонь криволінійних кам'яних виробів. Верстат містить станину у вигляді порталу, траверзу, яка має можливість вертикального руху по колонах порталу за допомогою гвинтових передач, одну або дві каретки з фрезерними головками, що мають можливість горизонтального руху по траверзі. Під порталом розташовано візок з можливістю руху за допомогою канатів лебідок по коліях, на який встановлюють заготовку з каменю. Згідно з винаходом, верстат оснащено криволінійною копір-колією, яка пружно охоплена опорними і натискуючими роликами двох демпферних пристроїв, хід яких обмежено фіксаторами, і закріплена на фундаменті верстата. Два демпферні пристрої встановлені на поворотних опорах, закріплених осями до візка. Колії виконано з профільними кулачками на кінцях. Візок обладнано форсунками. Винахід сприяє розширенню номенклатури криволінійних кам'яних виробів із складнопрофільними поверхнями. | uk_UA |

| dc.description.abstracten | A stone-working portal milling-edging machine tool is used for working complex contour surfaces of curvilinear stoneware. A machine tool contains a bed in the form of a portal, a traverse, which has possibility of vertical motion on columns of portal by means of spiral gears, one or two carriages with milling heads, which have capability of horizontal motion along the traverse. Under the portal a cart is located with possibility of motion by means of ropes of winches along tracks, on which a stone billet is installed. In accordance with the invention, the machine tool is equipped with a curvilinear follower-track, which is elastically enveloped by supporting and pressure rollers of two damping devices, which motion is limited by catches, and fixed on the bed of machine tool. Two damping devices are installed on rotary supports fixed by axles to the cart. The tracks are made with profile cams at the ends. The cart is equipped with sprayers. The invention contributes to the extension of the nomenclature of the curvilinear stoneware with complex contour surfaces. | uk_UA |
