dc.description.abstractПідіймально-транспортуючий пристрій колійної рейкозварювальної машини розміщений у транспортному вагоні і містить рухому платформу, зчеплювальний механізм, систему важелів, привід підіймання-опускання, привід повороту, зварювальну машину. Для збільшення продуктивності та надійності роботи пристрою додатково введено поворотну колону з можливістю обертання навколо власної осі. Поворотна колона зафіксована у вертикальному положенні за допомогою зварної рами та встановлена на рухомій платформі з можливістю руху вздовж транспортного вагона по напрямних. До поворотної колони приєднаний кронштейн з підтримуючою стійкою, що встановлена з можливістю переміщення в дугоподібній напрямній, а на кронштейні змонтовано каретку з можливістю зворотно-поступального руху. Зчеплювальний механізм зв'язаний з кареткою за допомогою системи важелів, а транспортний вагон виконано стандартним.uk_UA

dc.description.abstractenA lift-and-carry device of track rail-welding machine placed in transport wagon with a floating platform, a clutch mechanism, a system of levers, a lifting-lowering, a turning, a welding machine. To increase the performance and reliability of the device also introduced the rotating column with ability to rotate around its own axis. The rotating column appeared in an upright position with a welded frame and mounted on a moving platform with the possibility of movement along the transport wagon on the guides. Turning column bounded with the bracket on the material bar set with the ability to move around in an archwise spine and the bracket is mounted with ability to back-translational movement. A clutch mechanism associated with the carriage using levers and transport wagon is made as standard.uk_UA
