| dc.description.abstract | Винахід належить до верстатобудування. Верстатний шпиндель з гасінням віброколивань містить вал з внутрішнім конусним отвором для хвостовика робочого інструменту, зовнішніми посадочними поверхнями для опор кочення або ковзання, зовнішньою посадочною поверхнею для привідного шківа та першу шпонку. Передбачено гнучкі елементи, що пружно з'єднують зафіксований на валу другою шпонкою фланець з ребрами поворотної опори. Остання виконана із зовнішньою посадочною поверхнею для робочого інструменту і встановлена через паронітові прокладки на дві закриті опори. Machine tool spindle with vibrations suppression includes shaft with internal conical hole for shank tools, external landing surfaces for rolling or sliding support, external landing surface for drive pulley and the first spline. The invention provides flexible elements connecting elastically the flange which is fixed on the shaft by the second spline with rotary support ribs. The latter is made with an external landing surface for your tools and installed by asbestos strips on two closed supports.
