Abstract (ukr):

Аналіз діяльності каменевидобувних підприємств показує невисоку конкурентоспроможність щебеневої продукції. Для підвищення якості щебеню і виробництва фракцій європейського стандарту необхідне використання нових технологій і обладнання. Основними відходами щебеневих кар’єрів є відсіви, високий відсоток виходу яких зумовлений застарілістю обладнання і неправильно підібрані технологічні параметри процесу дроблення. Відсіви зберігаються у відвалах, які займають великі площі і негативно впливають на екологію району виробництва. В листопаді 2017 р. Уряд України ухвалив Національну стратегію управління відходами до 2030 р., основною метою якої є розроблення стратегії збалансованого використання мінеральної сировини і впровадження міжнародних стандартів на національному рівні. Тому проблема комплексного використання і переробки відходів каменевидобувних підприємств з отриманням якісного вторинного продукту є актуальною. У публікації наведено обсяги утворення гранітного відсіву щебеневими кар’єрами, його властивості та основні напрямки утилізації. Розглянуто екологічний вплив відвалів відсіву, зокрема гранітного пилу, на природне середовище і людину, стратегії використання безвідходних технологій і екологічні особливості вторинної переробки гранітного відсіву.

Abstract (eng):

The analysis of activity of stone-mining enterprises shows the low competitiveness of crushed stone products Upgrading the quality of crushed stone and production of the European standard fractions requires to use of new technologies and equipment. The main waste of crushed stone pits is сrushed granite waste, which high percent of an exit is caused by outdated equipment and incorrectly selected technological parameters of the crushing process. Crushed-granite waste is stored in dumps which occupy large areas and negatively effect on production area ecology. In November 2017, the Government of Ukraine accepted the National Waste Management Strategy until 2030, the main aim of it is develop a strategy of the mineral raw materials balanced use and international standards introduction at the national level. Therefore, the problem of complex utilization and recycling of waste from stone-mining enterprises with receiving a qualitative secondary product is relevant. The publication presents the сrushed granite waste volumes by crushed stone pit, its properties and main directions of utilization. The ecological influence of waste dumps, in particular granite dust, on the environment and human, the strategy of using non-waste technologies and ecological features of сrushed granite waste secondary processing are considered.
